you would need a bigger intake and header and dp and bigger injectors for the most gains and still would only see 5 to 10 hp gain but it should give you better throttle responce

you don't need it. Bigger hassle than it's worth.

there is a pigtail for 6-pin to 8-pin on ebay. specifically for the l61 TB harness to the LSJ/LE5 TB. 55 shipped, and you wont have too cut anything. just unbolt the l61 tb and bolt on the le5 tb and use that to hook it up. nice thing about it is, if you meet up with a tirfecta dealer, you can drive there with your old TB and install your new TB in minutes, then tune. thats what my plan is. here is the ebay link. link

he is asking about the throttle body... not the intake manifold... and you threw a code cuz your ECU couldnt fully adjust for the increased airflow by increasing fuel, which made you run lean. a tune would solve this too.

thats interesting, did you see what code caused the light to pop on? I installed the 2.4mani on my 2007 and have had no issues with a CEL

you might want to find someone who can read CEL codes, because not all the codes are supposed to turn on and stay on, some will come on till you restart your car. Then you'll know if it was a lean code
