Well then youve got a dealer/someone with a cable hooking you up, because thats below Trifectas MAP. Ive got all kinds of stuff for a good deal, doesnt mean that my deals count as fair market value for everyone else. You also need to rely on ONE (however reliable) individual to tune your vehicle, you also need to wait/pay everytime you want to be tuned. This has all been discussed myriad times before, Trifecta is good stuff, but its not all there is, now us 08 2.2 guys(and others) have 3 choices.

I would stick with the tried and true Trifecta. I have yet to hear anything bad about their tunes...

i dare any of you to make more power off one of these then vince could with the same engine
with as much as he has done he can make more power. also i was tlaking with him and he said that they way they did it is make it so you can edit just enough to make a diff but not NEARLY everything...but he can, so he is still better
also, if vince screws your car im sure he wont leave you high and dry...if you **** it with hpt welcome to paying for a new engine or many new parts...

im all for being able to do things yourself...but i really dont think this will be a "win" for 99% of the people here that think it will be...

and maven i understand your concern.. it just means you have to plan.. you act like getting hptuner doesn't cost money each time.. i don't know any tuner who doesnt charge for puting on new tunes.. usually it's 100 + 50/hour at least for the first tune.. then similar fees from there on out if you goto a shop it's like 400 + then again if you want to get any new tunes vince is 285 (for the gt tuner) and he goes till he gets it right 75 for an update and like 200 for a full tune update if you go boost or cams or something big like that thats no different then someone who uses HPtuners

not to mention once vince finishes the ecuflash program you'll have all the capabilities of vince for you to use at your own fingertips.. and "credits" will be cheaper then HPtuners he said ..
