You guys were right i ended up removing the intake manifold and the bolts fit fine.. Meh.. There are infact m6x1.0 so now going to get the cobra he on. Also bought some hardened brass washers, they seem good.

Does anyone have a picture of a stock heat exchanger on a 2.0 LSJ im trying to mount my LSJ heat exchanger and going to run it inline with the cobra, but I am having technical difficulties mounting it. first off not sure if the hoses go above the radiator or below..? searched around for a few pictures no luck on any good ones...

Ok we yesterday didnt really do anything. Today got everything wired, cobra he mounted and plumbed ready for water. Everything is on just belt and bracket left to go. Tomorrow alt bracket will be here. so will be able to finish and tune! Hopefully all goes well. Any tips for airing out the cobra? Thanks for all the help guys.

Talking

Good luck. The only thing you can do is just keep adding coolant after you drive it until it isn't going down anymore. There is going to be a lot of air in the system.

If you can hook it up and run it without actually running the car, that is a better idea.

or you can do this,

-turn pump on
-use hose to act like a long neck
-cut the top off a bottle
-pour in water as it sucks it in
-continue until to air bubbles stop come out

start the car before u upload the tune to make sure there is nothing wrong, this will help you figure out if its a tune problem or a mechanical/electrical one, your car will idle and drive fine, although it will be running very rich, about 10a/f....so yeah turn it on and check for any leaks, or possible problems....once u determine the car is idling fine, or atleast as fine as its going to idle....upload the tune and go from there...

or just upload the tune, and then start it, and not worry about flooding the cat. you can check for leaks after the tune's loaded...

than he runs into the same issues other member run into, they dont know weather their injectors are wired wrong, or the tune isnt set right...cat will not be harmed from running 10's...trust me, my cat went thru spitting flames from being 9a/f @WOT during a few highway runs...flames were a good foot or so long out the back...when i cut the cat off, looked pretty good...
