Header Swap Question

Will a 2006 2.4 header/exhaust manifold bolt onto my 2009 2.2 LAP?

Thanks!

It will physically bolt on, sure. I believe the 2.2's like yours don't have an O2 sensor in the manifold, so you would need to get a plug to put in the other manifold.

I'm going back to stock fella's - I already have the badmab shorty header with a ZZP downpipe and a custom 2.5" catback... but I am going back to stock so I need any kind of header that will fit it doesnt really matter... as long as its not aftermarket. - So thanks anyway for the remarks!

You haven't been here long enough, you wouldn't understand. All these questions have been answered 5 times over. I went through that angry phase where it's not fun to help noobs that won't search or read, but honestly it's quicker to just answer your question, like I did, and leave it at that.

Most of the people that are such ******** here are ones that came in and got treated like **** because they asked stupid questions without doing thier research either. So they pass it on to others. Best bet is to just ignore it, learn which ones of us that are still here are actually helpful and get the info you need.

Most importantly, use the search function. I guarantee in a couple minutes I could easily answer your questions by looking up existing threads. 100% of the time.

I just recently heard the LAP exhaust manifold is similar to the LSJ. Is this true?
