mk i've gotta auto and was wondering what you guys think is the best speed to launch from a roll i've gotten a good launch at 20 mph or 40mph but i can't tell cause my car sucks ***** its so slow lol

leave it in D and just put the pedal to the floor. the car will figure it out. But the meat of the power band is around 4,000 RPM. So find out where the kick downs are (to shift down a gear and hit 4K rpm).

if your cruising above 30mph and floor it, it will only go down to 2nd gear. floor it from about 27-28mph to downshift into the top of 1st and floor it at 60mph to reach the top of 2nd
