2.4 L Supercharger Conversion

Yeah man! You could route the starter rope for the leaf blower right into your dash so you could pull it over without having to get out of your car. Don't forget to plumb the fuel line into your dash with a primer for cold starts.
Sub'd becauz racecar.

Why in the hell would you do this to a perfectly good car to only gain 1/2 lbs of boost?!
Did you not realize that they did this to a **** old Corvette just to dick around?! Go buy a go-kart and stick a leaf blower on it as a supercharger. Dont ruin a perfectly good car by being an idiot.

Okay, hear me out on this one...
Some of you may have seen the leaf blower turbo slapped on a civic reporting gains on Youtube.. That was a joke, and I can honestly say I found a friend stupid enough to let me have at it with his '09 Scion TC, I hate Toyota anyway.. Needless to say, the car didn't run because, well, it decides to turn itself off in the middle of the road if the MAF sensor misreads.. POINT BEING..

I saw this on another thread somewhere, maybe on here. Knowing they did this to a carb engine, I guess my question is:
How could this be engineered to work on my slowbalt? I'm past the point where I expect facepalms etc etc etc... But in all seriousness, I can get a retune from my buddy at Trifecta for free, even if I only am push 1/2 - 2 Lbs of Boost.. I've removed the intake baffle under the passenger side headlight, so I can get space to put it there. This seems like something I could do this coming spring/summer.. Plus I get some (light) power tools out of it.
Would I just hook it up to my throttle body via intake tubing? I have a K&N Typhoon Intake, and obviously don't want to run this without a filter..
I would really appreciate legitimate responses that aren't saying how 'stupid' I am.. Really could care less. Posts/Comments relating to actually making this a reality is welcome, so obviously constructive comments are what I'm looking for.

Lol, I'm not mad I think it would be hilarious. Actually, I think it would be even more hilarious if I could actually do this and have it work. It won't be for a while.. Since I hardly got any helpful feedback on how this would work (Which was to be expected), I'll probably start working on this in a couple months.. But I'll be sure to post updates on this thread if you sub [:

I mean I figured that going into this. The general maturity level of forums is pathetic, it's really come to people trying to be funny, posting troll face pics, and the same pic of a guy laughing.. Oh well, it's just to be expected.
I'm not worried about the fitment all too much though. Gonna get under the hood this weekend when I have time, last weekend I stayed up until 7am with some friends, and this weekend the garage 'sesh' is going to be for fitment and making my How To with pics for the the Engine Coolant Thermostat (ECT) Sensor that I recently replaced.
For people that are actually interested in this, whether you know your way around your car or not: I removed my intake baffle in the fender under my passenger headlight bracket/housing, and I only have 2 things I need help with:
1. I need to somehow filter the air being pulled in by the blower.
*I can remove the plastic underneath the bumper that is connected to the plastic wheel well cover, or do it on the driver side where there is no baffle.
2. I need a way to control the throttle on the blower.
*It is a semi-thick trigger that controls variable speed.

Again, legitimate responses are welcome. Thanks.

And spare/jack removal didnt just add horsepower, it added 2 cylinders and a 62mm turbo. It's too fast for me, so I wanted to replace the turbo with a leaf blower, because racecar. And I'll gladly put a craftsman sticker, right next to one of my "Because Racecar" stickers if this works..
