Ok so i recently went SC'd i have a 08 G5 GT and im auto. now my car has been acting strange this week. whenever i get on it from like 20-30 or below with traction control off and i spin the tires it'll spin the tires and go but then it's like the car slams on the brakes then goes and slams on the brakes. then when i let off and punch it again it's fine. also if i go WOT any other time where i don't spin the tires i have 0 problems. I am tuned locally with hpt, im sure he'll see this thread and comment as well.

any takers? im off saturday and plan on troubleshooting. as of right now im going to check for boost leaks.

 

Sounds like torque management. If I have my wheel turned slightly and loose traction the car will cut power even with esc and traction control off. i think it can be taken care of with hpt. Trust me its something i want changed as a few times my car has cut power on me when i was pulling out onto a busy street and it came on with low traction and cut power on me. Which almost got me hit.

Mines an 08 auto 2.4 as well
