All shorty headers generally look the same. The Shiney-Hiney header is actually the exact same header as the CA v1. CA dosen't sell it anymore.......because they designed a new header and sold the design of their old header to Shiney-Hiney to produce.

dude.. i have talked to a gm tech... according to him ( unless he was full of ****) tech 2 doesn't read ECM history.. so when you're CURRENTLY flashed with a tune they can tell but if you flash to stock they cant..
and no.. it doesn't void it no matter what.. my dealership has known for ages that I have a tune to turn off the CEL from my high flow cat.. and I haven't had any issues..

Vector Motorsports used that procedure and worked its way around it to develop a stealth tune / undetectable.
They actually made sure that each thing GM checks in their "tune finding procedure" passes the check:

Heres some more things that I noticed that weren't on the list:

Depends on how much of a dick your stealership is, and yes its a very nice header. Its the same header as the Cobalt Addiction v1 (CA sold Shiney Hiney the rights to this header when they made their v2 model), and i've been running it on my car for nearly 3 years now (almost 60k miles) with no problems.
