yup read the article today last year on the 2.0 supercharged cobalt. thats a shame, but im glad i bought my 2.4 lol looks like we will be the top model now lol. good luck to the sc guys.

uh, far be it from a new guy like myself but you did realize there are about many numerous threads on this subject already? i hate the fueding on this site between models and i forsee this turning into another one. i love all cobalts so lets keep it nice please.

no fueding geez just a friendly post. anywhos yes the sc will be rare and there is way to many of them on the road. thats why i got the 2.4 i havnt seen but 3 driving on the road when ive been out.

I would like to say that it disappoints me that GM is pulling out of the tuner market so quickly though, unless they start offering a turboed 2.4l Cobalt Sport in 08', now that would rock *****.

yea, the only time a car can be considered an investment is if it's a rare classic that will go up in value... and i doubt people on here would be doing something like that, because if you had that kind of money you probably wouldn't be driving a cobalt. on that note, the cobalt will never be anything close to a rare classic.
the 2.4 can already be tuned.
They will tune and start offering aftermarket for the 2.4l because it's also in the HHR, and is going to be GM's new high output 4 cylinder.
