2008 LE5 Cobalt/Malibu
I am anxiously awaiting HPT's support for the 08' LE5.
Question is.....
I have an 08 Malibu....will the ECM be the same as a colbalts, excluding the part where its attached to the VIN and such.
My arguement is, that when the 08' colbalts are supported, the malibu is supported.
Right or Wrong?

The E37 ECM is supported by Vector and LS2 Edit, but not supported by HP Tuners, EFILive or Trifecta.

My thinking is that the OS wouldnt be diffrent i.e. $$$$$ cost. What would be so different for the malibu, the 4T4E auto is geared differently I belive because I drove a LE5 in a Colbalt SS/Sport and it was not as peppy as the malibu, which I attribute to gearing. I could be wrong.
I'll make some calls

Correct, we were the first company offering tuning for the E37 in general and just added 2009 support as well.
