400hp N/A Solstice

Ok now that I have your attention My buddy is an asst manager at a tire shop, this young dude and his dad(an owner of a body shop) stop in for an alignment on their solstice. They claimed that they have stupid built the motor to produce 400hp N/A..

My question that I'm sure I already know the answer to is does anyone believe this is possible?

Oh and they said nothing about a motor swap

the highest HP N/A ecotec that ive seen was 340hp, and i think that was bhp. It was a 2.4 running on ethanol at that

I'm sure that with enough parts and time, anything is possible.

not likely, Grace Howell has the fastest LE5 block NA car there is, at least to my knowledge and she is "only" making 360hp.

nitrous changes the density of the intake charge, it isn't NA but it isn't "boost"

It cools the intake charge which does increase density (good thing) but it also adds oxygen. This cause the mixture to go lean which the ecu compensates for by bumping the injector pulse width (more fuel).

Same net effect as a blower / turbo but not quite what I would call boosted either.
