adding coolant

i went to add anti freeze to to the overflow tank it said theres a special filling procedure and to check my owners manual? y can i just pour it in to the fill line?

just add it to the tank up to the fill line. if your low on coolant it will self-bleed into the system.
remember to use dexcool mixed with distilled water or premixed dexcool.

GM has special procedures for everything lol and torque specs for things that no one in their right mind would ever bother to check
