Nope which sucks but I would get the Injen and try the Ingalls out.
Mounts now I think from TurboTechRacing are like $40, and the Ingalls is like $160 shipped from CobaltPerformanceParts.com I believe.

Not to hard, just a standard floor jack and a vise.
Well not to much quicker but no more delay between shifts and also the quicker shifts cuts down on the friction in the trany so it runs cooler.

Just installed the B&M Shift plus On the 2.4 you splice the red from the B&M Shift plus to the orange with black stripe that is not braided with a another wire from the transmission harness. And the black from the B&M with the light blue with a grey stripe.
I gotta say it was a cinche to install I only reccomend you use a dowl rod or a wire hanger or somthing similarly long slender and ridged because it will save a ton of headaches with going through the fire wall.
Its pretty nice firms up the shifts quite nicely.
