damn, mine last 2 boost leaks were at my #2 injector and intake manifold gasket. did you try the choke cleaner trick yet on your injectors and manifold?

Im pretty sure its the way i rigged up my boost gauge.

That shitty plastic nylon tubing is well...shitty.

So i put teflon tape around part of it to seal it to the hole in the nut for the gauge, then i put a slightly larger vaccuum tube which the nylon tube fit right into it pretty snug.

So i think i'll go through the motions today.

I'll have to check out my #2 injector to make sure my o-rings are still cool.

My boost is all over the place though.

It peaks @ 10psi, then drops to 8psi.

so im sure its a boost leak. plus the faint sound of a whistle type noise.

theres an o-ring on the injector itself, then theres one actually in the seating as well.

Your better off calling or going to a dealership.

i had a similar problem with my coils. theres an oring there, and the dealer wanted to sell me a new ignition and im telling the dude, no no man, i need an o-ring. supposedly they aren't sold separately, so i went to home depot and got one there in the plumbing dept. works good.

Ya, O-Rings are O-Rings. Cost a few dollars for a package of 20.

You should be able to get them from autozone or any other parts store.

GM is kinda weird like that, back when i was going to do the dual exhaust cutout, i wanted a stock SS 2.4 exhaust tip, and they told me that it comes paired with the muffler only.

i found my boost problem, it was the way i rigged up my boost gauge. Part of the vinyl tubing pinched, which didnt make a nice seal.

so i cut it, replaced it. and zip tied the **** out of it.

great stuff now.
