boost level before intake manifold failure

I'm going boosted soon and am trying to figure what psi to set my wastegate at. I've heard stories of the intakes splitting at the seams at a certain psi. Anyone know off hand what that number is?

we have high compression motors, itll pop before the intake mani imho. id go 1 bar spring at the highest
