mk wtf is wrong with people they have no faith in our cars. there some punk ass kid at my football practice that drives a honda crx and i already spanked him and now he's bragin about his MOM's 2007 civic si and how i would get my ass stomped on it's stock and i've got k&n sri and B&M shiftplus i'm obviously A4 and yea yea i know thats a disadvantage but the kid can't drive for **** and i've got shift plus i've done all the research and can't convince these ****'s

With a manual transmission anything is possible. I know of a STi that beat a C6 Z06 at the track because the C6 driver couldn't drive. He was running 14's... So just race and find out! (On a closed course of course )

Manufacturer-claimed HP ratings don't mean ****. Don't base your answer off that, please. It's been proven over and over that the 2.4 is close to the Si.. stock for stock the Si usually comes out on top, but it is still a close race. Driver's race if they are manuals.

 

unless i saw a factory freak 2.4. all he had was a K&N sri and was right along side the si's door. it was a damn good race and they ran 3 times, all the same outcome

between my friend's 08 Si and my Sport we are about dead even. and from roll i am at his back bumper the whole time. i have run 15.1 at that track and he has run 15.2

ya Sis new or old are nice cars but not as fast as an ss/sc ..however..the 2.4....idk havent driven one but i coudl imagine them being pretty even with the 2.4

well that depends on what car you are driving.

 

drivers race deffinetly traded a 2007 si nhbp for my 08 ss/tc (LOVE THE SS SOO MUCH MORE!) but the ss2.4 will jump off the line but once the v-tec kicks the civic will be right there next to you, just dont miss a shift

if his moms car has hondata YOU WILL LOSE!

 

are you seriously trying to say that a 4 door si can beat a ss/sc?? Please do your research that was obviously driver.... No ****, if its a bad driver against a good driver of course one car will own... Thats why i have heard of 2.2 base model cars beating si's and so forth..

sis run high 14s for a great and i mean great driver a regular driver will only get 15-15.4 out of that car... ss/scs stock have ran 14.001 stock no mods no nothing....

obviously in that video there was a **** load of clutch slip from the cobalt and a short first gear slipping
