Does this look complete? SC kit

Does this look complete and worthy, since I wouldn't know off hand?

Cobalt SS Supercharger Kit ECOtec

Anything to look for if I decide to go see?

Just remember to buy an intake and get tuned. Definitely worth taking the endplate off the intake manifold and cleaning the laminovas. Mine were gross. And make sure the rotors aren't scuffed to ****. Mine are **** but I only paid $450 for the kit.

Not sure how much a stock engine will like that 2.7 pulley though haha, might want to pick up a bigger one

Thank you! Things I need to know.

Ideally and if there are no other CSS that I could get myself into soon to just drive and enjoy, I would make this a longer term project and take my time, maybe even with a complete motor rebuild, although that is really over-stretching my skills and the reason I'm also looking for a newer CSS.

I'm getting that hurried feeling. If I do this quick, it needs to be quick and reliable; or I commit to my car being down indefinitely.

These are not ideal choices for my time.

Will be fine on the 2.7 but I wouldn't run that unless you have cooling mods. Also you will need a maf extension harness and throttle body adapter harness.

Hmm, cooling mods... All new info for me today. Less is better for me at the moment as far as additional complication goes.

Thank you for your input!

2.4

Seems like this 'balt thing is at the end of it's era. Too bad I let mine sit in the garage most of the past 4 years.

So these cooling mods you mention would be additional to what looks like a heat exchanger of sorts in the kit I'm looking at.

On the other hand, if I can get a larger pulley and eliminate parts, that brings smiles as well.

from the picture it looks like it has a dual pass manifold setup, and the extra heat exchanger. That should be adequate, but if you wanted more peace of mind you could grab an "option B" reservoir

I believe I saw this kit on facebook and the guy said the heat exchanger on the far right was ripped off the car when he hit something on the highway. Be sure to ask for several up close pics and how it functions if you're interested in buying the kit.
