ecm-bcm tuning

Hi; I am looking to buy the required software/hardware to tune my cars. What is available and what kind of experiences have you had. My goal is to improve performance and NEVER have to go to the dealer. I have an ion 2.4 and a vue 2.2 both 5sp manual with CAI done to both. May look to mod ion more in the future and I want to have what is needed for whatever mods I make eg: cams, injectors, headers ect.
Any help will be appreciated
Thanks

You dont need pro, but yes you do need hptuners. I think EFI live supports us as well but no one uses it from what ive seen.

One person here was and he ran into issues no one could help him with.

Does he have on board wideband? I do not think so on the le5 so pro would be beneficial.

there are ways of getting around that. the extra money for pro isnt worth it in my opinion unless youre going to run multiple inputs. You can run the wideband through the ac pressure sensor signal.

More of a pain than it is worth IMO.
