do the 2.2 and 2.4's have the same set up for there exhaust system??? i already have a exhaust system but its low ballin type magnaflow im thinkin of getting a megan racing exhaust and the ones i seen are decent priced and i wanna buy one but i am not 100% sure about the set up differentails????? so if u kno if the set up is different let me kno if not ill order it asap

 

All cobalts (sedan and coupe; 2.2, 2.4, and 2.0L) can use the same aftermarket exhausts (except, I believe the SAI 2.2s, but that only affects the headers).

you can't use an aftermarket exhaust for the SS/TC either the bolt pattern is slightly different.

 

SS T/C is the only one with a different exhaust and that only how the catback bolts up to the down pipe. TC uses a 3 bolt flange where as the 2.2, 2.4 and LSJ use a 2 bolt flange.
