exhuast for the 2.4 almost impossible?
jsut got a 2.4ss and i want to give it some tone the only exhaust i have seen has been the konri(totally put the wrong name but its available in sports or touring each are over 700 i work at belle tire and can get different brands cheaper but no one we carry makes one for it
please help me out tell me if there are some and links would mbe much apreciated

$700 for an cat-back exhaust upgrade is highway robbery
Find a local performance shop or exhaust shop and ask them to make you an cat-back exhaust system either with compression bends or mendrel bends...do not get crush bends!
You can also pick out the muffler that you want and whether if you want to add a resonator to deepen the tone or not. I recommend Magnaflow for both items.
This should come out MUCH cheaper and you'll have parts that you wanted and nothing that was pre-made.

The 2.4L shares the same stock exhaust system as the 2.0 S/C. Most of our exhaust (from the cat back) is already 2.5" piping. The last couple feet are 2.25". It's already mandrel bent from the factory. If you just want to change your tone, buy a new muffler and get a shop to put it on. If you're going to be doing a lot of performance upgrades in the future, replacing that 2.25" axleback section with 2.5" might not be a bad idea.
