flex pipe on the down pipe cracked?

Car is making a loud annoying noise, another buddy of mine said that the dealership will fix it for free b/c of some kind of recall? idk?? If not do i just need a new downpipe?

i can see the crack on the flexpipe and i can feel the air coming out causing a loud annoying noise

No recall that I know of. You can argue emissions or just buy another for $25 locally.

I have never heard of a recall on our flexpipes. But it is a common part to break on higher mileage cars. If you can't get a free one don't but a replacement through the dealer/ parts store; get the ZZP 2.5 catted downpipe. It will give a small performance gain and is cheaper than the dealer replacement cost.

yes same thing happen to me...and theres no re-call on it.. either buy a flex pipe and do it your self or have a shop do it for you.. if you a shop do it you might as well buy a used aftermarket DP for around 80 more on here becuz you will have atleast 80 in it at shop!!

dont ride with it long becuz you can burn up valves

Not sure, you can place the order and call/email ZZP and tell them which you want.

oo wiat osrry they give you a $50 cuppon for your cat heres what it says

ZZPerformance will give out a $50 coupon code for returning your stock downpipe to ZZP for catalytic converter recycling. Simply select "prepaid return label" from the drop down and we'll send you a return shipping label with your purchase. Then put your old downpipe (or just the cat) in the package that the new one comes in and drop it off at any UPS shipper. We'll email you a coupon code good for $50 off of your next ZZP purchase! Returned units can be cut up but the OEM converter must be intact. Already bought our downpipe? We'll still offer the $50 coupon code but you'll have to pay for the return shipping. To take advantage send to:
