My 06 was MSRP $19255 with all options except leather, XM, On-Star, and side curtain air bags. That was in Feb. of 06, so it was still rather new. I actually got it for $17,XXX after dealing. I'd imagine you could pick up a brand new 2.4L loaded for under $20k.

but back on topic,
Ecoboost or Hahn, have you found any Ion 2.4 in chicago you could test fit??
and if u cant, if i bought the kit and i had to do SLIGHT modification to a charge pipe or line, would that void any kind of warranty from you?

No, we don't offer trans products, but such coolers are common, and easy to acquire.
No Ion folks have stepped up to the plate just yet. I'll PM you to keep this already-windy thread Cobalt-specific

In terms of efficient airflow, the turbocharger and related items are good for 350 engine HP. So, that's a conservative, safe full potential...for the turbosystem.
For comparison's sake, we are at about 280-290 estimated engine HP currently.
Will the auto trans take 350 engine HP? Perhaps, but again...we will walk, then run

i think they have a solstice running 340WHP or some crazy **** like that on the stock motor...
however i would say the clutch and wheel hope would provide and issue, but the pistons and rods could use to be swapped just to be safe for big numbers
thx for the update

I was wondering, you say that there is no bov right so we don't get to hear that satisfying
"pffssshhhhhhh" sound? So what about the pressure in the intake manifold, wouldn't that be a cause for concern.
