I think i'll be the only one to say it, but im not interested in turbo'ing my 'balt at all. If I wanted a car with forced induction I woulda bought the SS/SC from the start! N/A all the way for me sheerly for reliability and fuel economy. My 'balts a daily driver that sees LOTS of road time daily.

not from a launch. Shoot, my cars got enough wheel hop from a stand still as it is, no telling how much i'd have if it were turbo'd.

From a roll though, maybe.

What are the horsepower estimates for this kit? If people are talking about running with cobra's it better be atleast 300.

just get a stiffy then, and you will be alright, my dads cobra had HUGE wheel hop lol. with it being rwd. but its taken care of now

yea about 300 at the crank... with the kit, it added 100 horse to the wheels

So if it adds 100hp to the wheel then you will be putting down 255. That will spank gt's but not come close to cobra's.

thats all stocked i beleive. i think we could establish about 260whp with full exhaust on that puppy.

ryan. you could also upgrade cams and pistons thats about another 40whp for both about.

some cobras run 14s. it depends on what year. i mean some cobras even run 15s like the older ones (stock).. and i wouldnt say not come close to? thats farfetched man

well im running high 14's the fastest i ran was 14.9 and on a good day. on a average day id say 15 flat is about the best ive had so far. so with turbo we should be in the 13s easy.

ryan. Hahn turbo kit. "if you order now at the low price of 3995$ you can get a 2nd yes thats a 2nd turbo free. prices and and restrictions may vary.

about that cobra thing the fastest one that i found is the 2004 Ford Mustang Cobra SVT 0-60 @ 4.5 1/4mile @ 12.9 so we might not be able to walk it but @ around 9lbs of boost we should hang with it and if you get it at like 12lbs then you should stay even or beat it but how many out there are stock.

The 20g turbo kit for the manuals Is it the same kit with exception of the turbo?I thought they were only going to sell it if there were 10 or more people interesed like a group buy?It would not make sense to not offer it when they had a prototype I would be prepared to pay more if the stage kits were worth it like the and solstice kit horse power and torque numbers. Is there any good insyallers in Canada?
