exactly. our trannies are beasts. they just have conservative line pressures built in to the programming. Te average consumer wants a smooth shift, not a fast one

it does shift pretty slowly compared to a B&M shift+ or a tranny tune

yea i thought something went wrong when the b&m became disconnected the stock tune for the pressure in the lines is pretty low

Im getting a B&M shifting kit for my 2.4 auto. I think that will help it a lot.

just make sure you connect it right and dont put it to stage 2 when you are in park becasue when you go to drive it just sounds nasty

ok. I was gonna keep it on stage 3...some guys kept theres on 3 for like 60k miles+ with no problems

there is no stage 3. only off, 1 and 2, but yea, i kept mine on stg2 the whole time i had it.

yea no stage 3 but when me is in two when i put it into d it wants to give me whip lash i love it tho i gave a guy at lunch a ride and he was like damn this is an auto then i put it the e brake up one click and broke lose in 3rd and he said this is some kind of monster

Turning TC off while moving in 3rd is not going to make you any faster?

Don't pull the ebrake up, not even 1 click, thats dumb. Put it into L for 1st and 2nd gear, shift to L or D right before it shifts into 3rd (~70mph)

If you pull the e-brake one click you don't have to shift.

yea thats how you do it pull up one click and inbetween 2 and third it chirped the tires inbetween 1 and 2 they spun out
