header?

anyone heard anything about this header?? its the only ecotec product on that page so im wondering if its for real...$200 sounds like a pretty good deal

I saw that a while back. It looks kind of like the DC Sports header. Haven't heard anything about it though.

damn $200 for the RWD mod...wow thats insane!!

ok so lets say i wanna do some "enhancement" to my car which may or may not include a turbo wayyyy later...what do i wanna do on the exhaust side of things...i alreayd have a GMPP intake which id like to keep cuz i wanna get the RK sport ram air hood...so as far as header/downpipe/cat back...what should i go for and what size??

If you go with a turbo later, you will have to get rid of the intake, and any header that you put on. You are safe with buying a catback though.

well for now im leaning towards no turbo....just bolt ons and a tune...but you never know

what brands seem to be the best out there as far as performance gains and quality??
should i stick with the 2.25" exhaust if im not doing the turbo or would a 3" be good either way??

I wouldn't go with a 3". I've heard that the Megan Racing 2.5" setup is nice though.

yeah my friend paul (xtremekirk) has the corse and it sounds ok....im leaning towards the magnaflow ive heard good **** about it and i found it on TTR for 540 shipped....ill post my full "planned mod" list in another thread for feedback later on

It will work for you, but you might consider the V2 header since it has a 2.5 collector vs a 2.25

v2 collector is really setup for cobalts with forced induction...the collector is actually 2.8...no need for that on a n/a motor.
