help please

I am having a problem with the check engine light being on. I have run the codes and it comes up telling me that either the MAP or some Barometric pressure sensor are malfunctioning. I seriously doubt that these sensors have gone bad because there isn't much done to my car. Other problems are things like vacuum leaks are causing the light to turn on. I have checked and re-checked everything there and no problems. Ultimately, the computer is saying that it is not responding to less or more air entering the engine, but it runs fine. It is a 2.4l ss. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

no i have a 5 speed. everything seems alright during shifting and acceleration. i also have a cold air intake which i think might be messing with it. the chevy dealer said it might be because i have an oiled filter and the oil gets on the MAF.. but i got MAF cleaner and it seemed to work seeing that the light went off but two days later (today) it came back on. so the seal on your maf.. was it just cracked or something? did you have to replace the whole thing? or just the seal?

I just had to put some silicone around it because it was cracked.

I'm having some of the same difficulties...it seems to be that whenever it rains my check engine light comes on but i think it has something to do with too much water vapor going into my CAI because its not sealed at all
