1) Hahn, now Trifecta tuned and 60# injectors.
2) Held up very well. Install date was summer 08, put about 8,000 miles on it. Stock clutch lasted about 3,000 miles. Had I kept it, I probably would've upgraded the CV's next.
3) Rest is in the link in my sig. That dyno is pre-Trifecta and injectors -- numbers are likely a bit higher now, but it's sold, so..
As long as you go with a GOOD tune, appropriate sized injectors and keep the boost around 10ish psi and/or 300 whp, you'll be fine without too many major modifications.

I haven't been on there for a while, but I'm fairly sure the only kit they sell for the Cobalt/G5 LE5 is the one most of us here have. Here (from TTR): http://www.turbotechracing.com/produ...dcategory=5619 That kit you were looking at may be for an LSJ or a Solstice/Sky.
I had good experience with Hahn. It's certainly a quality kit and their tech staff are helpful. The tune that came with the kit left a lot to be desired, and you do NOT want to run their fuel system the way they have it designed.
If you're considering going Turbo, you may want to hit up TurboTechRacing. Garrett just announced they are trying to put together a REALLY good deal on the 2.2L kit they make.
Hint: It's the same ******* kit, except for a slight change in one of the pipes, the 'return-style' fuel system (which isn't absolutely necessary) and the way the oil system works (also not absolutely necessary).
If you were to talk to TTR, you could probably get a good deal on the 2.2L kit, and work with a local shop to get it perfect for you. Just an idea.
Oh, another idea. I'd wait to see what ZZP have in store. Their kit looks very promising.
Or if you know a local shop, get a recommendation from them, maybe just order the charge piping and FMIC from Hahn/TTR/Garrett and go with a slightly larger turbo (Garrett GT30 series).
In the meantime, I'd be clutch, tire, brake, etc., shopping. The car will be a ****-load difference with 100 more whp. Trust me.
Oh, and start saving $$. The kit will run you ~~$3,500. Then Clutch, $500; Tune, $300; Injectors, $250; Install cost, $500?, though you can do it if you're moderately mechanically inclined. And I'd also have enough saved to cover repair costs (say $2k for a new tranny at worst) since your warranty goes .

Had my kit on since 2007 and car is holding up good. Just recently changed my plug gap and is now running even better. Though my car is set up the way hahn sent it. Only difference is im running 11psi and 60# injectors and a full custom tune. You can see my info in my sig.

I bought the kit maybe...a week after they announced it. In 07.
...my car must be a factory freak or something. But at the stock 8psi, im at 268whp / 330ft/lbs.
I just bought me some more goodies, so i'll see where that takes me.

every dyno is different. depending on the settings it can be made to read anything it wants. 1/4 mile times are a better indicator of the power.
