Hey fellow 2.4 Cobalt members, i would like to get a colaberation (SP) of highest N/A dynos and 1/4 Times, so please post you dyno resaults and 1/4 miles if you ran the 1/4 mile, also include your setup in completeness (sp)

 

I think there already is a dyno thread and 1/4 mile thread for all Cobalts (2.0, 2.2, 2.4).

 

There are post with 1/4 mile and dyno results already.

thank you i know there is a 1/4 mile thread list (considering i am on this said list) but i want the people who have not posted on the list and run N/A 2.4L cobalts with high horsepower output (200 +)

im saying this because before i thought it was almost impossible to run stock ss/sc times with a 2.4L N/A but ive seen memebers with times and setups that excide stock ss/sc power. with this said i would like those said memebers who have high horsepower builds to post here

 

I put down 186hp/177tq
and ran a 15.1 @99mph

I am hoping to get some new 1/4 mile times next Sunday when I go to the track.

 

havent dynoed yet..but when i was stock. i ran a 15.7 at85mph...great track day...40* and got 10 runs in..haha track prep sucked...cant wait to get back to the track when its nice out

 

i'd have thought that sort of power would get you into the 14s solidly.

My built 2.4L put down 238whp, 201wtq but since that engine's probably in mexico by now so it's disqualified.

No he swaped a fully built 2.4 into his IRL, put out stage 2 numbers off of the bottle, and over 300 on it.

Too bad to hear about your ride getting jacked, hope you get it back in one peice.

TY but it's gone. They only found the wheels at a local chop shop. It's not all that bad. Probably going to pickup an SRT4 to replace it with the insurance check.

i did 153hp and 151 torque stock and i ran a 15.7 at the track. but i had a hard time geting traction off the line and it was pretty windy

so a 15.1 @ 92MPH

 

i ran a 15.6 and traped 94 mph...explain that one haha that wasnt stock it was with my intake

stock i ran 15.46 and tarped a 86

 

I wish I knew how some of the other 2.4's are getting such high trapspeeds?

 

i trapped 89 stock, but i smoked my 60ft with like a 2.49...but these mid 90's traps with good 60's are somewhat unbelievable without a slip. i know what ya mean red.
