o wait, you have an automatic? i'm retracting my earlier guess. i'm going to say 160 max. probably less though, don't be surprised if you're in the 150's. you can't just add up the claims of what each mod will supposedly do. that's not how it works.

not trying to be a dick, or rain on your parade, just trying to be realistic. if you're expecting 200whp, and see 154, that's kinda dissapionting.

I/H/E + tune giving 50whp? i dunno man. thats very hopeful.

id say 160-165.

but its not going to mean much if you didnt dyno stock.
Go check out the dyno thread. That Red Ion 2.4 is making 186 with the EXACT same setup minus a TB. The Blue G5 is making 181 on a CONSERVATIVE tune with I/H/E. We have a guy over on g5club.net with I/H/E inj making 186... I would link but honestly I don't care enough. 180's is pretty standard on a 2.4 with I/H/E and a tune.

Edit: Just saw he's an auto so this doesn't apply. Either way, it's no fantastic 50hp gain man.

our cars put down 173ish at the engine roughly a 20% power loss on a stock tune auto tranny and a 15 % power loss on a manual tranny. so a stock 2.4 auto will register +- 140 hp and a stock 2.4 with a manual will show +- 150 wp When done on a car dino. Autos only get 95% of the hp gain a manual would get. However the auto tranny that is in the 2.4 is stronger than the manual in the 2.4 so you could support more hp w/o having to do tranny work. So im guessing that your looking at a realistic mid 160's to low 170's in hp too the wheels. Im almost certian there is a dyno sheet with I/H/E on an auto 2.4 showing like 170 ish hp. ill look to see if i can find it and link it.

Actually the Getrag transmission in the manual is capable of supporting higher power levels than the automatic.

Im having my car dyno tuned w/ HP Tuners up at Tune Time Performance next month when I get my tax return back. I currently have an AEM CAI, CA header, XTC 2.5" de-cat downpipe, and an ARK N2 cat-back, and with the 32lb/hr injectors helping lower my IDC rate, plus expert tuning on the dyno through Tune Time Performance, i'd love to see 180whp-190whp, but who knows. I'll let ya know when I get the #'s in about a month.

You definately won't get 190. Cross your fingers for 180's and hope your torque comes out square. Ive got the 2.4L K&N SRI, 1.75 ZZP header, 2.5 ZZP DP, 2.5" magnaflow catback and injectors will be in before I head over to the dyno. If I hit 185 I'll be VERY VERY happy. This is also with someone very experienced with HP Tuners.

Yeah, REDFOCZ has a similar setup to me, and the only other thing he has on my is a ported TB, and he made 186whp self tuning it w/ HP Tuners. (Not saying he's a bad tuner, just stating the facts). He has a cat, and im catless, which is a minimal difference, but it kinda equals out the difference between my stock to his porter TB. So im guessing it'll be about 180whp, but i'd love to see 185whp.

Reading over you, I have full bolt on's and a tune and put out the 186/177
I went to the same dyno when I first but the car for my baseline numbers. I was saying I have a stock sheet if he doubts me. Now you can insert your foot in your month and go cry in your corner and shut the **** up.

I'm curious how valid that mustang dyno is anyways. Does he have correction factors active? Mustang dyno's typically run 13.5% lower than standard dynojets. And I'm not about to believe that you put down over 210whp w/ a 2.4 N/A w/o serious modifications...

I was getting ready to post up my dyno sheet that I have of my 2.4 with a CAI and a cat-back that says 167.

Low 180s just like everyone else with the same bolt ons...can't wait to get tuned and dyno again
