HPtuners Tune for 2.4
#101
The program is very easy to learn. Using it to change settings in the car is very easy to use. Understanding what those changes do isn't. The basic premise of tuning is simple. All the parameters our computers use is daunting. If you want to learn to tune, I'd say buy the program and become active in the HPTuners forum. Find someone you can exchange ideas with or learn from and go from there. There are a few books that will help. The first two are very good, the other two are additional information.
How to Tune and Modify Engine Management Systems - Hartman (ISBN 0-7603-1582-5)
Haynes High-performance tuning - Engine Management - Walker (ISBN 1-85960-835-3)
Engine Builders Handbook - Monroe (ISBN 1-55788-245-2)
HPBooks Auto Math Handbook - Lawlor (ISBN 1-55788-020-4)
If you want to learn more, come to the meet on the 7th in Frederick and I'll give you a run down.

go to S&K speed on rt 109... I'm sure they will have em there... need to pick up some fluid too since you'll loose some when you disconnect the lines, and you will add some capacity with the cooler.
