Question I need to know whats best for lowering my car.

I wanna lower my car but i have a problem i have some 19x8 rims and they stick out a little. i want to make sure they don't hit but i also i want preformance out of it. Does anyone know whats best?

Should i do coilovers or springs? Thanks

Do you have pics with these wheels? I am curious to see what it looks like stock height. Oh and as C A D88 said, pedders are the best for your situation.
