Ya they have seen bigger numbers but how big of a number does he want? I mean theres a redline with 5 or 600 to the wheels that is twincharged. A twincharge kit will net more torque then just a turbo will. If you deciede to do twincharge you need to make sure the turbo will flow more cfm's then the m62.

So do you really think that turbo will out spool a twincharge setup? Its really up to you dragonsfire what you want to do. My wife wants to do twincharge causes there are very few that have done it.

Your tranny will be fine on 8 PSI, depending on turbo. Breaking limit is 350 WTRQ which you won't be anywhere near on 8 PSI. I'd be more worried about internals, and go with a 2.4 manifold, it will hold a lot of boost.

no im not saying that haha but its cheaper to single turbo and less of a tuning headache and hes only looking for 350-400hp...why do u think not many people are twincharged? nobody has a perfect tuning ability for it like they can do with a single turbo...at least from what i have seen.

I was more worried about pistons actually lol.
And it's a 2006 so it's a first gen block, just something to keep in mind.

sleeves have been tested to 400 but of course this all has to due with good tuning and everything so i wouldnt trust going above probly 370-380 without sleeving even though some have done it

Well I will find out here shortly if its really a huge head ache or not. I am just not seeing it being a big problem tuning it but that is just me of course.

Thats definately one reason why I would like to do it, I would be talk of the town

If you're gonna be able to tune it with no headaches or a very little headache, I'll do twincharge and you can tune me

If not then I'll just go with the zzp stg 3 kit, and sell all my supercharger parts. I'm sure I can make close to 2000 for it all(including header, cai, and other add ons)

So the manifold sensor read 120? Thats not bad with meth you could drop pulleys and jack your timing up pretty high. I bet you are only running like 16 degrees of timing at most.

anybody know the flange size, type whatever you call it lol thats on the turbo manifold on a saab 9-3? I was thinking maybe to save some money, buy the turbo mani, intake mani off of a saab in the junk yard here in town. Then go to a local shop and get custom piping done, from what I've been told for about 200 bucks.
