key words to your intake, short ram. Brings hot air into the engine, good for sound and some tourque down low, but bad for hp up top. I see exactly why you lost power, that along with winter gas, 93 octane, and higher humidity. It all adds up.

As far as gas goes. Maybe 91 Octane is not offered. Im in Houston, And I dont think I have ever even seen it before. I choose 93 over 87 and 89. Worth the extra money because I see a difference in MPG.

I'm getting 16 mpg city on winter gas is this normal? It sure doesn't sound like it. I was getting 23mpg last month. 08 2.4L 5spd I,H,DP I really can't lose as much as 7mpg can I?!
