Ideally whatever you buy you want to stay away from progressives, but that seems like all that is available for this car. Not really many good suspension options at all.

The only coilover set I want is over $3000, and the next is $1400 or so which is fine, but not the model I even want (KW Var 3).

Wait.... What's wrong with Ksport springs? I love mine, minus the reverse rake which will be fixed soon but I've heard of more than Ksport springs having this problem too

Pedders and pro kit barely lower your car but are more for performance. I'd go with the sportlines or H&R's for the non cheap dilema

i think ima go with sportline but if i buy the ones for a cobalt ss will it still give me the 2" drop
