Lightweight/Under drive Crank Pulley?

So around the internet I found a Light Weight Crank Pulley for the 2.4 and an even lighter Under Drive pulley. I'm wondering if those are even worth it.

I thought having some mass on the crank could improve torque, But I guess having a lighter pulley could help the motor rev up faster.

What do you all think. Worth the money or waste of time?

ok great, thanks for the info. I didn't know the crank pulley on the LE5 was a damper too, To me it just looked like a plain pulley. But Either way I won't be wasting the money on it.

Thanks again!

on another note I saw that there was also lightweight pulleys for the alternator. I would assume that those are also pointless.
My guess is the only pulley I would ever want to replace to gain performance is the pulley on the blower for a supercharged motor...

Yep, saving a few ounces off some pulleys when you've got pounds and pounds on the crank between the damper and the flywheel/flexplate is pointless in normal driving conditions.
