Thats what i was thinking cause the LNF cam has a grind designed for a turbo.

i mean the ss/sc guys were running 272 cams for a while.. and saw gains which are turbo grinds but they're not the best setup at all

so if i were to do the zzp turbo kit on my car and put those cams on i would see even more of a gain? and they are pushing 350 whp with stock internals safely?

You can only transfer the exhaust cam from the LNF and yes you would see more gain. How much of a gain is unknown though.

The LNF exhaust cam has less duration than the LE5 exhaust cam(194 deg vs. 195 deg @1mm lift). The LNF cam has more lift, but barely(.406" vs. .395"). I doubt that there would be any gains from this swap.

It would be better for a turbo application. As far as N/A goes I would either do a custom regrind or get the cams that J-body performance offers.

Would we need to upgrade the valve springs as well?

To be honest I really don't know.

well intake, full exhaust, cams, and a tune you'll around 200-210 whp. The cylinder heads would be my next guess seeing as the pistons and rods are good up to 400 hp. Most people don't modify any further after the cams.
