What do you guys think about this cat back?

 

Its loud.

 

Any rasp?

 

most likely...if you look at it, it doesnt have much of a muffler

 

I have the loud mouth 2 on my 2.4l I love the sound it is pretty deep and has some rumble to it, but is pretty loud, about the muffler, I would really say it has a muffler, it's more of a resonator.

 

With the factory downpipe no rasp at all when its warm.
With a catted aftermarket downpipe holy ******* hell is it loud and raspy as hell!
The problem isnt with the muffler its the fact its a non resonated catback.
But overall I like it. It is one of the louder exhausts but it doesnt drone much. At least how I currently have mine.

Though does sound pretty good with the jbp header the factory downpipe and the catback.
plus it looks somewhat close to stock when walking by the car. So thats a nice plus. Mine is around 4 years old now I think and looks great!

 

I have non resonated borla catback with a badmab header sounds amazing. better than the loudmouth I think buts its all personal preference

 

I have had good luck with my ZZP 2.5 catback and it hasnt held me back power wise. Would recommend it.
