lsj TB

i got a question on the zzp kit on the TB swap..it comes with harness and the plate its like $130 but if i buy the harness only from zzp its only $35..so what im askin is do i need the plate to put it on???

are you putting it on a LE5? if so then yes you will need the metal plate. the bolts will not line up with the 2.4 Intake manifold

yepp thats what i figured thanks man..!!! did you need a tune for this or no

i ran without a tune for like 6 months. it ran but the rpms were a bit jumpy. other than that it did give me better throttle response

once i got tuned is corrected it. definatly a good mod if you do decide to get it,it is not nessisary to get a tune right away but it would be a good idea to look into getting a tune in the future.

yea ill be riding on it for a while but ill tune it next month

Make sure to plug the extra vacuum port on the lsj throttlebody though.
