well hello there.. i actually happen to be in the middle of a procharger build for my 2.4 ion myself.. custom ish kit with the help of AAS tuning and SMP I'd recomend you wait till i'm done before you do anything .. i did it so i can be different i'm not looking for a ***** to the wall superfast car..
it's really not that hard..
you need a c-1 reverse rotation blower, piping, bypass of bov, bigger injectors, bracket, smooth alternator pulley, 3.2 pulley, some misc bolts and brackets, front mount, new belt, sc oil, gauge pod, wideband, interceptor, and boost gauge, and most of all someone with hptuners or efi live that will tune you
now it's really not THAT bad to do this project.. however before seeing numbers on a 2.4 i'd advise you staying away
on the 3.2 pulley i'm going to be running to start we've projected about a 65-70% increase in hp so i should be sitting around 240+ whp on about 10 psi.. i'm hoping to finish it up within the month

If you get an actual turbo kit from Hahn, it's basically just a bolt in kit as far as I know. They give you the tune, new injectors and everything. If you get the Garrett kit and purchase 60# injectors plus a custom tune it's even better, apparently.
