My Megan Racing muffler just arrived today. I was about to go put it on then I realized it doesnt have any kind of mount that I could use to attach it to and hold tight to my car. Yet when I bought it, it said it was for the Cobalt SS, just looks like a universal megan muffler to me. Anyway, whats the best approach to getting this thing on there, I dont wanna rice this out and have a rope around it or a bungie cord and have it dragging the concrete. Thanks in advance for help. I have the GMPP cat back by the way, just wanted to replace the muffler.

 

Have an exhaust shop weld a mount on.

 

That would be awesome, it would be great if they did that so I can interchange mufflers on the fly in less than 5 mins when I occassionally take the balt to chevy for a checkup. My dealer is a real dick and loves to jeopardize warranties.

 

That would probably end up being more aggravation than its worth. A dealer would have to be absolutely stupid to void a warranty based on a muffler.
