Hello fellow 2.4 cobalts, i am looking for input from you on helping me decied on what exhaust i should get..

i am not looking to pay alot and have narrowed it down to two options..

Megan

and

Tsudo

i have checked vids out of both and liked em, price of megan is roughly 400, i have yet to find a tsudo exhaust or vendor on hear but i am sure its around there.

if anyone has ether or exhaust, please tell me what you like and dislike about them..im not looking for a overly raspy exhaust, something a little lower tone but not to low where it makes it sound like i am trying to compinsate for my tinny 4 banger

Megan. It's deep and not raspy. I have it on my 2.4L. Definitely worth it.

Megan!!! But you'll have to wait a while with them always on back order. I love mine, loud but not ricey, real deep good sound to it.

How do you figure you'll have a line of credit @ 18?

You need decent credit to get a credit card...

and a no credit credit card (given to 18yr olds to start building credit) isnt usually more than $400.

my lease is in my name and so is my cell phone that i make regular monthly payments on, i have very good credit history and as soon as i turn 18 that credit line will start building.

i was being sarcastic in my orginal statement, forgot this was the interwebz where no one can read sarcasim

not hard to get a line of credit if you have always made your car payments on time. i have alot of money owing in my name at this point but i always make my payment in full and on time.

i had my credit card at 18 with a 2000 limit when i opened my account at bank of america. maybe because i owned a new car by that time and it was in my name...

lol The classy Rice tone we all know and love comes from the number of cylenders and the rpm range where it functions. All the fancy exhaust technologys in the world will not make a cobalt sound "Not Rice". Its a fate we accepted buying a cobalt.

x2... ive heard many "rice" cheapo cobalts and ive heard some of the best sounding exhausts on a 4 banger ive ever heard on cobalts. Just remember you get what you pay for. You pay 200 for an exhuast dont expect it to sound like a 600 magnaflow or gmpp touring exhaust. However like i always say, to each their own. If you like the angry bumblebee exhaust more power to ya...

Did i explain that by rice I meant it sounds like a 4 cylender with loud exhaust and not the sound associated with the production and consumption of the rice grain. Not to be a dick but that classy 4 cyl buzz has been called the ricey sound for as long as i can rember, because i own one dosn't change that. I know full well that every one not runnin a 4 cyl calls it ricey ive been on both side of that fence quit kiddin your self. Do i fail twice cause im real about it?
