thats about what mine were at and unfortunately the ambient temp was 100 and humid. I just dont see you running a smaller pulley than me and running more timing. I run alot of timing in the midrange but only about 19 or 20 close to redline

exhaust is hahn header cat-less dp and hahn 3" cat-back

if cooling is negligible then your atomization is poor

My IATs drop below ambient when spraying 50/50; 7gph nozzle, 150psi pump. Obviously setups aren't comparable (Caliber, not a Cobalt) - ambient temp of 92F, IAT drops to 82-84F when spraying. Without spraying IAT's get into the upper 130's @ 25psi (44lb wheel, stock turbine)

your turbo theres no comparison on a roots style blower setup
