Don't worry you can get a new motor like me with 7k on it for 399 but 400 for shipping either way you can blow motors all day with the LE5 if you can do the labor yourself
here how about send me all the details on your car and we will work something out for a trade lol

Are you drunk or stoned when you create these threads?
IF YOU DON'T HAVE A JOB, YOU DON'T HAVE A BUDGET!
No way in hell you are going to turbo a car for $1700. Do some research man. You are just cluster fuking the 2.4l section with pointless jibber jabber. Start posting in the lounge.

I see this stuff all the time, my buddy bought a streetbike 6 months before graduation......
If you are in a school that costs $40,000 per year that you parents are mostly paying for (not saying this is your case but its common) and you go buy personal **** while they are paying for you to live......my dad wouldve whooped my ass if i did that

I turbo'd my car for less than $1000, and my turbo is a real Garrett t3/t4 and that included a fabbed aluminum intake manifold, just gotta find the deals
FYI, no way in hell will you get to 400whp with stock LSJ injectors.
Hell 300whp might be tight if you expect a decent IDC, unless you bump your fuel pressure through the roof that is.

C'mon man $200 dyno tune?
LSJ throttle body? For what?
Well you're not a complete idiot, you understand what you are doing and you can tackle all the work and research yourself. He probably doesn't own a screwdriver.
See what I mean. All he needs is a turbonator. He doesn't even understand the basics and is starting build threads. Last week it was a SC build now its a TC build. Next week its going to be a twin charge, then a compound tc build, then a v8 swap, then rwd cobalt.
LSJ throttle body? For what?
OHH! 30 or 40 extra horsepower.
I thought you meant 300-400 horsepower.
Shouldn't even need 8-10 psi to make 220whp on an LE5. Probably more like 4-6psi.

In all seriousness, You post up a lot of threads about what you planning on doing and not following thru with any of it. Its understandable if you are just asking questions or wanting opinions on what way to go about screwing around with your car, but from what I have noticed, a lot of this shenanigans could have been avoided with the simple click of the search button.
Do **** right the first time, so you dont end up spending more in broken parts, and so you can be proud of how much you polished your turd!

I've seen so many people do these "low budget" builds. Guess what? Its never a low budget. And considering you do not have a job I strongly suggest you reconsider doing this. I also suggest staying away from ebay kits. If you are going to do this to your only car then I suggest doing it right. I've been on my ZZP Air to Air kit for over a year now. I've seen 14psi with no problems. Although I do not suggest staying on that boost level. I sit nice and pretty at 10. I haven't ran into problems. And that's because I did it right the first time. Half assed builds yield half assed results. Just my wisdom to the OP.

Hey look op .. I havent read what the over guys are saying lol i have the same thread .. But ur going a lil over board.. Ps i am literally in the middle of my build like rn .. Got up to smoke and check css.. First i think u sould wait.. See what happins with my build .. Thats y i maid the thread so we can see wtf really happins.. Second.. Dont use that whole kit ur wasting money trust me i bought one very similar.. Heres ur problems .. U could have an awesome turbo.. Expensive name brand what ever.. Put a shitty wastegate on it and itll probly blow.. U could have a great tune (oh yeah tune.. Ur not getting a dyno tune for 200 is so show me where please) but with a shitty bov ur boost could be everywhere .. Also how do u plan to drain and feed oil ? Or how about that the zzp dp does not fit up to a t3/t4? I mean the list goes on.. Im not bashing u dude im getting bashed for my setup i spent way more then 1700 lol oh and that shitty fuel regulator .. Ur better off without a fuel regulator then the ebay ones.. Use a evay turbo and rebuild it yes .. Thats what im doing to see if with a rebuild and name brand supporting build will it hold .. Im going to post some pics tn .. Read the **** outa this forum man alot of guys on here did a great job putting stuff together to teach people things .. Not saying udk just could learn something
