i didnt do this one myself unfortunately, as i didnt' trust myself with the oil and coolant lines, but the guy that did it said it was a piece of cake .. everything but like 2 things bolted right up (one of the things that didn't was the oil return.. cuz the lnf has a press in fitting where nothing else does)
on to tuning now.. cuz right now its almost boosting at cruise basically but that will be an easy fix. everything else is good.. boosts 6-7 psi.. i'm sure i'll be turning it up soon
i just cant figure out what that pcv is supposed to goto stock.. on the turbo.. i think it's to the intake but idk i gotta put something over that ..
and i have to add more coolant once all the bubbles get out.. i thought it was fine then all the sudden it spiked up to 3/4 hot and i almost shat myself .. luckily i was at my destination

as far as power i would say its seems similar to 7 psi on the procharger.. but idk i havne't been there in a while lol i'm going to try to dyno it soon.. but that all depnds on if turbokits.com has time.. i might to someplace else

got it dialed in some more.. apparently i was only at 7.25 before with a spike up to about 9.. bumped it up some more should be at 10+ still no surge at wot..
car is beginning to feel more like 13 psi on the prochagrer now lol

so i'm thinking long and hard about what i want to do with the car.. and i have 2 choices really
1 full build.. pistons, rods, full bearing set ported head, cams, valve springs retainers 6k about after all is said and done
2 "budget build" pistons, ported head, cams, valve springs retainers this will clock in around 3k
both options will be followed by turbo upgrade (either bnr k04-2871 or zzp efr )
my goals even with the upgraded turbo will be 400 whp at the most more then likely only 350 whp..
my only hang up on the budget idea is my motor has 86k currently of hard miles.. with 20k being boosted ..
the parts that i have are loaded head.. and valve springs.. need cams and retainers.. then will have it sent out to be ported

yea .. but i'm thinking longevity pushing 350 whp will probably be a stretch on the current setup.. .. i'm getting some decent blowby right now as is and i mean in all fairness it's a 86k+ motor that wasnt meant to be boosted with 11+ psi on it
it's more of a future plan then anything..
top end might happen before bottom end.. i dont have the money to drop 3-6k on all of it right now
