haven't changed anything since last time.. i should be damn close to it now .. i'm going for 450 on the dyno but wont drive it with that on the street lol
the stock engine took well over 360 wtrq and 260 whp.. i dynoed that on 15 psi falling to 7 psi by redline on the stock k04.. when it blew up apparently I was seeing 15 psi at redline lol

Just figured I'd ask someone who's been through it. I haven't been able to find a definite answer. I just upgraded to a stage 2 zzp kit on my '07 le5 and I heard it can handle 300whp and 10-12psi safely but I've also heard 350whp and no more or that 12 psi is pushing it.

piston had a chunk out of it lol which would be from excessive heat and low end stress
as far as what it can handle.. whp isn't the best way to look at it .. it's heat cylinder pressure and low end trq that will kill your motor prematurely.. and your tune..
as far as only 12 psi.. i had more then that on the procharger and k04... procharger should've been putting down around 320 whp but i never dynoed it properly on 13 psi (highest I got was on 8.5 psi(13 psi pulley but i was having tensioner issues) and that put down 250 whp and 240 wtrq (which was 40 wtrq more then i dynoed it on my 7 psi pulley) and like i said with the k04
k04 dyno
chunk out of piston..(put a nick in the cylinder wall as well.........rawr) I was planning on building the engine anyway so i could feel comfortable with the BNR on the car.. i had 92k on the stock engine lol and 30k of boost
keep in mind on the procharger I was running the car to 7400 on an almost daily basis, on completely stock engine, same thing with the k04

and yes it still runs getting a brembo swap right now lol.. next is the ported head and cams and hopefully bigger turbo lol 450 whp here we come

stock sleeves can hold quite a bit if properly tuned (and don't go apeshit on the boost controller like I did 34psi was goodnight lol) my buddies car was making over 500whp on the stock bottom end with 29psi e85 and a 6262. My motor lasted for years at 400-450whp completely stock at 25 ish psi.

I do think that the LE5 sleeves are considerably weaker than LSJ sleeves though

I'm not trying to argue or anything I'm just wondering, but sleeve failures are pretty obviously too high of combustion chamber pressure related failures. So they only way of it being in the tune would be too aggressive ignition timing which is usually what the customer asks for. Even having fueling off wouldn't effect cylinder pressure, if anything a little lean up top would bump egts but decrease cyl pressure from slower flame propagation. So how else would the tune make you pop sleeves?
400whp is pretty crazy, I wonder how long they've driven the car at that power level for. Do you daily your car at that boost elecblue? Really makes me feel good about my motor lol

as far as sleeves... put it this way... lsj's were having issues blowing motors and killing sleeves around 300 when they first came out .... now they're pumping over 400 on fully stock motors
