The stage 2 kit comes with 60s. Stage 1 was discontinued.

If you don't mind noorj, it be very cool to see the total cost of your build vs the zzp kit

I'd be interesting to compare contrast noorj builds total cost, final numbers vs the zzp kit. $$:WHP ratio

I have an excel sheet I made comparing my planned setup to the ZZP kit, because you would need a couple extra things with the kit. But so far it's looking like I'm saving around $750-1000 from the ZZP kit and plan to have better power, but that's mainly from the E.

Anyways question for you guys, where did you tap into the manifold for your boost gauges / wastegate / bov?

Main reason why I'm not piecing mine together is because I would be worried about forgetting to get something and wouldn't know exactly to get. And I want all new parts. Buying a complete kit just seems easier to me. No hassle.

understandable, its definitely not for everyone. having 24/7 access to a full scale machine shop and having my own tig really makes doing my own kit a lot easier.

All mine are on the EVAP fitting on the intake manifold.

I tapped into my vacuum lines which are all routed with the BOV, Wastegate, etc. You can see in the pics kinda.

I can't get under my car for awhile, but I'll get a pic up when I can. I didn't get ZZP oil pan. had it done locally. Was a slight pain in my ass, would recommend for others to buy the pan from ZZP

And noorj, you could even make your own kit for future LE5 guys. Maybe you could even re-coup/profit on your own build !

You dirty motha *****! Wish I had my own shop/hoist/tig!!! I'm in at least 6-7$ grand on the kit, 5000 for kit, 1000 for exhaust, clutch+labour was another $1000 ish. Plus tune and supporting mods, prolly bumps it to another 200-500

**** you noorj! Fhack you!!!!!

Why was the kit 5k? I'm going to be spending about $3300 total for everything. That's the turbo kit, wideband, gauges, pillar, tune, oil pan and Free for the install.

Well it's actually about 3600 but I'm selling the parts that are on my car and I'm gona make about 300-400

When I priced it out on the zzp website, came to close to $5000. That was a few years ago . Now it's $3800 with similar options

I tapped the oil pan with a 3/8npt and went with a npt to -an fitting at the clean flat spot on the back of the pan. The metal is thin but very strong. I even dropped the axle on it once and it held strong. No welding required. Pictures are old before I built my motor, things are spit shined now.

I used a 30 dollar tap and drill bit from a local industrial supply store.

I did exhaust waste gate dump, tial bov, 3 inch cat'd, so maybe that's the other few hundreds.

It definitely is a crap ton cheaper now, I got boned bad lol. I even had an email exchange between zzp Andre, about getting a voucher/coupon. But when I tried to cash it in, the guy no longer worked there and ZZP had no record of it happening so I got doubly boned
