Cool My wide band is installed

Well I got my wideband early this week but have not had time to install it till today. I am really happy with the way it came out considering that there are no direct fit single gauge pods for the Ions. Well now with this in I can get some serious tuning done

Oh and the screws dont stand out as much as they do in the pic, the flash made them stand out. I really need to clean my dash though

If I understand your question, yes I am going to use the wideband to help tune my car. It has a 0-5v output wire to plug into the HPT pro cable.

Nice. I'm getting the Aeroforce interceptor and CA column mount gauge pod for Christmas.

I have no plans for a wideband b/c im having my car tuned on a dyno, and I have no more motor plans after I do my injector swap and tune it w/ HP Tuners.

I still fell that larger injectors are not needed. I have proven before that with adjusting a few other tables it takes care of it. Really all it is, is adding a nother mod to your mod list

You are adding the S/C so it only makes since too do it. I am talking about the N/a 2.4's with basic stuff I/H/DP/E

+1

A lot of people think that adding injectors is adding power...

If you want it just for fun get the narrowband one. Save yourself $300 dollars
It will tell you if you are extreamely rich or lean other then that it just bounces around.

lol no thanx on that...my buddy has one in his RL and its a light show constantly.

I kinda want one so that I can properly size my nitrous/fuel jets...guess I dont' really need a display gauge at all that just a way to monitor it temporarily.

I dont have any pics of the install process, but I ran them down on the inside of the A piller through the dash. And right abve the clutch pedal there is a small groment I ran the wires through that to the outside into the engine bay. I comes out right by the steering rack. And then into the O2 bung.

You would only throw a code if you removed one of the stock 02 sensors to use as a bung hole
