hey i was just wondering if there was anyone around the pa area that had hp tuners that can help tune my car for me.. of course i can pay.. i know of several balts around the south east area that are looking for tuning.. im willing to drive 3+ hours to get fully tuned.

haha i dont get why this is such a hassle to get it tuned.. question.. is it really THAT hard to understand.. im debating on just buying the software myself
