Question Need Some Help with springs

Ok i am looking into buying some springs for my 2.4 N/A Cobalt SS. the problem is that i dont know if i should get springs for the ss or the regular cobalt. all of the springs that are for the regular cobalt have a lower drop than the springs for the ss trim. i want to drop at least 2" front and back if not more.

i want my car around this hight: https://www.cobaltss.net/gallery/show...3&userid=30568
(Complements of KyFritz06SS)

Post a link of SPRINGS that will give me this ride hight.

FE3 2.4 cobalt ss's are pretty close to the FE5s when it comes down to it. So look at what it drops an SS and you will have a rough idea of what it will drop yours.

2.4s actually share 2 of the springs with the FE SS/SCs anyway

Theres tons of choices. From what I read hes on sportlines. I personally am not a fan of the sportlines. they give it a nice appearance but give it up on the performance side of things.

Honestly pedders will be your best bet.

Id honestly like to see a dyno sheet of that as its a good 7hp higher than the current highest hp bolt on na 2.4

And honestly you just asked about a header and downpipe at the beginning of January.

So until them im calling Shenanigans!

Nice Rich.

OP, I had Zenn springs on my 2.4. They got me really low. Handled pretty well also.

My 2.4 ss sits way lower than a regular cobalt. Arent they supposed too? My wifes freind has an 08 cobalt and we park beside each other and it seems that mine sits probably 1.5-2"'s lower than the regular balt. Is that right or has the previous owner put springs on mine?

They have the same springs as the ss/sc, but it shouldn't be that much difference.
