Sry how bout blueish black ? I've talked to a few ppl bout this n everyone just says weld a bung which is what I did and nvr had a problem

I'll see if I can take pictures of mine for you... Pretty much the only spot to do it on an LSJ Pan is right above the Drain Plug... that's the only real Flat spot with enough room... not to mention, it doesn't have the splash guard behind it.

that is the return. oil supply is off of one of the three oil galley plugs on the back of the block
